As Group Managing Director of Aegis Media Group, Andreas Hofmaier is responsible for the business in the adriatics (Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia) as well as in Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Switzerland.

Hofmaier studied advertising and market research at the Vienna University of Economics and
Business Administration. In 1989 he joined J. Walter Thompson as a trainee. He became Member of the Board of Haupt-Stummer / J. Walter Thompson in 1994 and Head of Client Service and
Member of the Board of Grill + Gull Thompson in 1996. Before joining Aegis Media Group in June 2003 Hofmaier worked as Managing Director and Group Managing Director for HMS Carat Austria.
